M&A Monitor provides Rule 8.3 alerts through either a yearly subscription to the M&A 8.3 Tracker or on a pay as you go basis each calendar month. We are launching the service at an introductory rate of £500 pcm. To purchase alerts only follow the steps on the right to set up the alert and then proceed to the checkout to confirm the purchase.
Choose the parties you wish receive alerts for. You must choose at least one party (either target or bidder) and select a delivery time for your emails.
Our unique 8.3 alerts service allows you to tailor your alerts so that you only receive notifications of the transactions you are interested in. This means you can set tolerances for your alerts by using the fields below to show only transactions with purchases or sales (or choose any) and which match a percentage of either the total share capital of the company dealt in or a percentage of the reporting parties holding (leave blank for all transactions). You can even set the tolerances to only send alerts for transactions in the relevant securities (usually ordinary shares) or derivatives or options.
Our alert service will also let you choose which data points you wish to receive in your email, ranging from the whole announcement to only the fields you select. M&A Monitor provides some existing formats for you or you may choose to create a new format using the selector opposite. Just choose "create new format", name your format and then tick the fields you wish to receive.
To complete the process supply your details below and click on "Add Alert". This will then take you to a PayPal page where you can confirm your purchase and upon return your alert will be activated and you will receive an email with confirmation of the activation and your future login details. You may then modify your alert at anytime in the monthly period.
